Napa Junior Livestock Advisory Committee (JLAC) The Napa Junior Livestock Advisory Committee is a volunteer nonprofit that supports youth involved in 4-H and FFA livestock programs at the Napa Valley Exposition. JLAC helps organize livestock shows, auctions, awards, fundraisers, and educational events that encourage leadership, responsibility, and agricultural skills in young exhibitors.
