DNA INFORMATION
The Declaration of Medication form must be filled out for each of your market animals. PER LAST YEAR: forms must be turned in when the exhibitor gets their wristband on Sunday, August 3rd. Wristbands will be given out immediately following the mandatory exhibitors meeting until 7pm. These forms will not be accepted prior to wristbands being distributed. Forms with missing signatures will not be accepted. All forms must be turned in by 7:00 PM on Sunday. MARKET ANIMALS WILL NOT BE WEIGHED IF THESE FORMS ARE NOT TURNED IN.
